Orders placed before 14:00 Lisbon time leave the studio the same working day, packed in paper with no plastic.

Returns and exchanges

Sizing
Every product page has its own size guide with garment measurements, the fit, and the size the model wears.
Women's tops run XS to XL and trousers by waist, 24 to 32. Men's tops run S to XXL and trousers 28 to 36. Between sizes, take the larger in shirts and outerwear and your usual size in knitwear, which is cut relaxed.
Care and repairs
Wash less, wash cool, dry flat. Good clothes last longer when they are left alone a little.
Holes, thin elbows and frayed cuffs on any Halcy knit are mended at the mill that made it, for as long as you own it. Write to us with a photo; you pay the postage one way and we cover the repair and the return.

True to size on most pieces. Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements and the size the model wears. Our knitwear has a relaxed fit by design, so take your usual size.
Yes, for free within 30 days. Start the exchange from your order email and we send the new size as soon as the parcel is scanned, so you are not waiting.
Most core pieces are restocked within three weeks. Seasonal pieces are made in small runs and may not come back.
At 30 on a wool cycle, or by hand, and dry flat. It does not need washing after every wear; airing it overnight is usually enough.
Yes. Every piece is cut, knitted and sewn by one of six family mills within an hour of Porto, and the mill is named on the label.
Yes, our studio in Porto is also a small shop, open Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 19:00, at Rua do Almada 214.
