These terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Halcy Clothing, Lda.. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT for European orders. Duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 14:00 Lisbon time on the same working day. Delivery is free over $150 in Europe. Delivery times are estimates and may vary at busy times.
Returns and refunds
You may return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under EU law.
Repairs
We repair holes, thin elbows and frayed cuffs on Halcy knitwear free of charge for as long as you own it. You pay postage to us; we cover the repair and the return. Damage from misuse may be excluded.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty or develops a fault that is not from normal wear, tell us within two years and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
