Who we are

Halcy Clothing, Lda. ("Halcy", "we") runs this store from Rua do Almada 214, 4050-032 Porto, Portugal. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, email, delivery address and phone number when you order, sign up or write to us.
• Order details: what you bought, sizes, returns and repairs.
• Technical details: device, browser and pages viewed, collected with your consent where the law requires it.

Why we use it

To take and deliver orders, handle returns and repairs, answer your messages, send the letters you sign up for, prevent fraud and meet our legal duties. We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the store: our payment provider, the couriers who deliver your parcel, our email service and our hosting provider. Each is bound to protect your data and use it only for us.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires, usually ten years in Portugal. Marketing preferences until you unsubscribe. Everything else for no longer than we need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to us. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
